Who We Are

Since 1870, the Robie Farm has taken pride in producing high-quality, nutritious, and flavorful meats that reflect our dedication to sustainability, animal welfare, and honest farming. Located along the Connecticut River in Piermont, New Hampshire, our 150-acre family farm has been continuously operated for over seven generations – each committed to maintaining healthy, productive livestock and responsible stewardship of the land.
 
In 2008, current owner Lee Robie, along with his sons, made the pivotal decision to transition from selling milk to a large cooperative to offering bottled raw milk directly to the customers in our on-farm store. This change opened the door to a new era of diversification. Using that same raw milk, we developed our own farmstead cheese line and expanded our offerings to include a wide variety of meats – beefporkpoultry, and more. Today, you can find the full line of our products in our farm store as well as in our online shop.
 

To ensure exceptional quality, all of our meats are raised to our HGAL standard: Humanely Raised, Growth Hormone-Free, All Natural, and Locally Grown. Our animals are never given synthetic steroids, growth hormones, or antibiotics, and our products contain no artificial additives, flavorings, or colors. Everything we produce is minimally processed to preserve natural integrity and taste.

In addition to the livestock raised here on our farm, we partner with a trusted cooperative of like-minded local farmers who follow HGAL practices. Through these partnerships, we’re able to offer speciality meats such as rabbit, lamb, duck, and veal – expanding our selection while maintaining the same level of quality our customers expect.
