Beef
Beef is an excellent source of protein and supplies 10 essential nutrients including B-vitamins, zinc, and iron that support an active and healthy lifestyle. The nutrients in beef provide our bodies with the strength to thrive throughout all stages of life.
We carry all cuts of beef ranging from steaks, roasts, ground, ribs, to organs and bones. Custom orders are welcome including ½ & ¼ side of beef.
Pork
An excellent source of zinc, selenium and vitamins B12 and B6, these help the immune system to work normally. Pork is a source of vitamins B12, B6, Niacin and Riboflavin – B vitamins that help reduce tiredness and fatigue as part of a healthy balanced diet and lifestyle.
We carry all cuts of pork ranging from chops to roasts and everything in between. Our line of pork products also includes hot & sweet Italian sausage, pork belly, bacon, pig heads and whole roasters. Our own family recipe of Crankin’ Country Sausage is a favorite of all
Poultry
Besides being rich in protein, poultry meat is good source of phosphorus and other minerals, and of B-complex vitamins. It contains less fat than most cuts of beef and pork. Poultry meat is low in harmful trans fats, but high in beneficial monounsaturated fats – which make up about half of the total.
We carry all cuts of poultry ranging from whole chickens, breasts, thighs, legs, to organs. Chicken feet are also available. In the fall call to reserve your Thanksgiving turkey.
Cheese
Piermont
Aged 2-3 Months. Named after the small village in which it is made, Piermont is a delicate yet tangy semi-soft cheese with pleasing undertones.
Toma
Aged 3-5 Months. Toma is a traditional Italian Alpinestyle table cheese. It has an elastic body and a confident, but gentle nuttiness.
Smoked Toma
Aged 3-5 Months. This is truly an artisan’s smoked cheese that bucks tradition. It is lightly hickory smoked to accent its unique nutty flavor.
Gruyere
Aged 12-18 Months. A famous Swiss-style alpine cheese. Excellent as a table cheese or in recipes.
Raw Milk & Cream
There is a distinct difference in flavor between raw and pasteurized milk. Heat treatment kills not only the bacteria, but also a lot more of volatile flavor compounds. Raw milk fans argue that the taste of raw milk is far superior to the supermarket offerings.
Raw milk often tastes richer and sweeter than pasteurized versions. And, depending on where the milk comes from and what food the cows eat, it can also come with its own unique flavor profile.
We sell our raw milk in gallons and ½ gallons.
Cream is available in ½ gallons.
Our Beef and Pork are raised on our farm or on local farms that raise the animals in accordance with our specifications. Our beef and pork are processed in North Haverhill, NH or Braintree, Vermont. Robie Farm Pastured Poultry whole birds are raised and processed on our farm in Piermont, NH. Chicken Parts are grown from farmers in Pennsylvania up to Maine and are processed in Gardiner, Maine.
